Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–8 business days.
- Some products ship directly from our partner makers, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
- Return unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
- The customer pays return shipping.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (soaps, oils, body wash, oral care) can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
